DialX Dialing Service Opens Automated Call Center in Phoenix AZ
Troutdale Oregon September 5, 2006 - “DialX” provider of Automated Messaging Solutions for Business, has opened an Automated Call Center in Phoenix AZ. “DialX” offers Automated Message Dialing Services and Systems, as a Middleware Solution for CRM applications and is now expanding service to the Small Business market.
“DialX” is now offering delivery of prerecorded business notifications, to small business’s as an On Demand Service. “With this additional Call Center and our Free Software we are able to make the user experience very simple and affordable.”
The Phoenix Automated Call Center compliments the call center located in Las Vegas NV. The new location adds additional capacity of up to 4000 prerecorded messages per minute. This second location also adds redundancy to the Call Center infrastructure, which is important for Emergency Notification Users and time sensitive Business Communications.
The Phoenix call center opening coincides with the release of the latest version of the Dialing Client Software. You are now able to initiate prerecorded message delivery requests directly, using our Free software and secure Internet connection. There is no longer a requirement to purchase or maintain expensive hardware or software.
